ROLE Art Director PROJECT TYPE Commercial TEAM 1 Producer 4 Animators SOFTWARE Adobe After Effects Cinema 4D Magica Voxel This project involved creating an animated commercial to encourage prospective students in Korea to explore higher education opportunities. The concept centered on the idea that regardless of personality type, students can grow their skills and unlock new opportunities through further education. As Art Director, I led a team of 4 artists and drove the project from concept to completion. I developed the narrative, created moodboards and storyboards, established the visual direction through styleframes, and presented progress updates to the client to ensure creative alignment at every stage. Inspired by video games, the animation adopted a voxel-based visual style to depict characters leveling up their abilities, reinforcing the theme of growth through education.
